His residential experience relates to all aspects of House and Flat Conveyancing and Leasing for Sellers and Buyers and additionally acting for Developers and Property Dealers large and small. He has also acted regularly in relation to Auction transactions. His Commercial experience covers acting for private individuals and companies in acquisitions and disposals of Shops, Offices and Development Sites as well as purchases, sales Leases of Business Premises.
Leon's expertise also includes Commercial Litigation, including Class Actions in the following fields: Annuities, Endowments, Pensions and Shareholders Actions and he has achieved many notable high settlements some of which relate to Claims reported in the press, further details of which can be seen in our 'Press Articles' section.
Jamie specialises in Corporate and Commercial law. He undertakes all aspects of business law including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, formations of companies, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, employment and insolvency. Jamie also has experience in high value litigation claims in the High Court and the specialist divisions of the Commercial Court and Technology and Construction Courts. Jamie's clients include luxury sports car manufacturers, property developers, large companies, small businesses and individual entrepreneurs.

He found conveyancing came naturally to him and since qualifying has made this his specialist area.
