Leon Kaye. Senior Partner
Leon Kaye is the founder of the firm and an expert in residential and commercial property. His residential experience relates to all aspects of house and flat conveyancing, leasing for sellers and buyers as well as acting for UK and overseas developers and property dealers large and small. He has also acted regularly in relation to auction transactions. His commercial experience covers acting for private individuals and companies in acquisitions and disposals of shops, offices and development sites as well as purchases, sales and leases of business premises. Leon has advised individuals in many countries investing in the UK on doing business with the UK. We specialise in Inward Real Estate Investment from all over the world and especially from South East Asia (serviced office leases through to substantial property transactions), together with other general advice in relation to regulatory matters. Leon’s main goal is to build long term relationships with his clients, seeking to understand their business and objectives and matching our services to their needs Leon\'s expertise also includes commercial litigation, including class actions in the following fields: Annuities, Endowments, Pensions and Shareholders Actions and he has achieved many notable high settlements some of which relate to claims reported in the press, further details of which can be seen on this website.
Alyson Thornton Stevenson, Partner
Alyson undertakes commercial property work for individuals, investors and companies. Her commercial experience covers acquisitions and disposals of shops, offices and development sites as well as purchases, sales and leases of business and mixed use premises. Her residential experience mostly relates to the high end of the market in London and the Home Counties, particularly in Belgravia, Chelsea, Mayfair, and the Southbank as well as country properties. Her clients range from first time buyers to those with extensive property portfolios.
Brian Miller, Consultant Solicitor IP, IT & Commercial Law
Brian is a solicitor specialising in information technology, intellectual property, e-commerce, interactive entertainment and commercial law. Brian is the author of numerous articles in the fields of IT and computer games and has been listed in the computer games section of the Legal 500 and the Legal Experts Guide and cited as a “Best of the UK” lawyer (Computer Games) in Chambers UK Guide to Solicitors. Prior to joining Leon Kaye Solicitors, Brian was a partner in a leading West End media law firm and formerly Head of Legal & HR at Virgin Interactive. Brian has also carried out long term assignments at Computer Artworks (Head of Legal), Sega Europe Ltd (Acting Group Legal Manager) and Phonographic Performance Ltd (Acting Head of Legal). Dean Skinner, Assistant Solicitor
Dean has been with the firm since 2008 and deals with the preparation of wills, the drawing up Lasting Power of Attorneys to ensure that your property and your welfare are managed as you wish if you become incapable of doing so yourself. Dean also carries out work on administering an Estate when someone has died in order to apply for Probate or Letters of Administration. In addition, Dean deals with Residential and Commercial Conveyancing in relation to Sales, Purchases and Remortgages. Dean also deals with various other aspects of Property Law such as Enfranchisement and Lease Extensions. Dean regularly trains in karate and is an avid football fan.
Sayrha Elahi, Assistant Solicitor
Sayrha Elahi qualified as a solicitor in 2010 following the completion of her training contract at Leon Kaye Solicitors. Sayrha currently works on commercial, employment and property law matters for clients. Sayrha was part of the Junior Lawyers Charity Expedition team to Borneo where they were part of team who built a gravity fed water system in a remote village.
Laura Saye, Conveyancing Paralegal Executive
Laura is a Conveyancing Paralegal with 10 years experience before joining Leon Kaye Solicitors in July 2011. Laura specialises in residential conveyancing and brings with her a wide breadth of expertise gained at several leading high profile London law firms. Laura is experienced in dealing with residential property work for both freehold and leasehold properties. She adopts exceptionally high service standards Laura is a movie buff and loves the cinema.

Stuart is a Consultant to the firm of Leon Kaye Solicitors and specialises in commercial and residential property law as well as licensing. Stuart is fluent in French, having lived in France.
Alexander Ballingal, Practice Manager and Accountant
With over 30 years experience in accounting Alexander maintains the firm’s client accounts and has been with the firm for over 11 years.
